Knowing & Flowing is a 3-hour masterclass focused on building discernment - the skill of understanding why something feels hard, and how to respond in a way that’s aligned, grounded, and self-trusting.

You’ll leave with a breadth of knowledge around how you show up in relationships, gain clarity in moments of conflict, and make conscious choices that help you feel safer, more secure, and more at ease in your life. This work won’t be purely cognitive - we’ll also use guided breath practices, because real transformation happens in the body, not just the mind.
