I hope my story inspires you to believe.
Before I discovered alignment, I was hustling to make everyone around me happy, constantly worrying about what others thought, completely numb to my trauma, and living in a version of myself that wasn’t even mine. Life looked really good from the outside: I had an amazing career in finance, married at 23, and spent 15 years growing my skills, being a dutiful wife, and living what I thought was “the dream.” In so many ways I was, but I was living a life that didn't feel like me.
I became a mom and, for the first time, tuned into what felt right for me. My pregnancy connected to my intuition and a trust in my body I never experienced. Birth in a bathtub without drugs and this new wisdom opened my eyes to how much of my life I had lived out of alignment.
I started noticing the parts of my life that felt wrong, started therapy, and threw myself into understanding self-help, psychology, and neuroscience. By 2019, the universe gave me a clear push. I separated from my husband, lost my dad (the only parent I knew), and found myself completely rebuilding my life.
With my life flipped upside down, I made a bold decision: to stop chasing others’ expectations and start living in alignment with myself.
Initially, I planned to help others heal through yoga and massage, but then COVID hit. Instead of giving up, I pivoted. I studied for my counselling diploma during every free moment as a single mom. By 2021, I opened my own counselling practice. But even then, I knew it wasn’t enough. My intuition led me to explore somatic and spiritual healing practices to process my own trauma and step fully into my power.
A lonely move to a new city and beautiful breathwork retreat pushed me into a dark space. As all Dark Nights of the Soul do, this period forced me to go deeper with my pain and my relationship with avoidance immerged. Weed, and isolation became my way of coping once again. But I learned from that experience I didn't need to stay there wishing for someone to save me.
I faced my shadows head-on. That pain became the fuel for a profound breakthrough.
Through supportive humans, sobriety, setting powerful boundaries, and deepening my self-love, I shed old programming and stepped into a life of freedom, joy, and unfuckwithable resilience. You Can TOO!
My programs are designed to help women break free from the chains of societal conditioning:
GRIND. PROVE. CONFORM. COMPETE. SURVIVE. RESTRICT. JUDGE. CONTROL. GUILT. SHAME. HIDE.
I empower women to reconnect with their true selves, step into alignment, and create lives that feel deeply their own. Over the last several yeas, I’ve guided hundreds of women to:
Heal from toxic relationships with partners and family.
Navigate the awakening process and the struggles that come with being aware of the programming we've received by society.
Reconnect to their bodies and internal guidance systems.
Set boundaries and communicate with confidence.
Step into careers and lives that inspire them.
Navigate life’s challenges with ease and grace.
Rediscover their worthiness that has always been there and forgotten.
Through workshops, sound therapy, somatic practices, and deep healing work, I help my clients create lasting change from the inside out.
One of the biggest take aways here: You do not have to walk this path without support, and you're not meant to do it alone.
Today, I live in beautiful North Vancouver, where I’ve spent the last 4 years curating a life that’s fun, challenging, and rooted in self-love.
I’m now almost 3 years sober, and I surround myself with inspiring, badass humans who motivate me to keep evolving.
My son thrives in a peaceful, supportive co-parenting environment where I've truly learned to receive.
I’ve built a life filled with adventures, travel, meaningful connections, and an unshakable love for myself.
I stay grounded and energized through meditation, breathwork, cold plunges, dancing, and simply shaking out energy. I’m also a sappy proud dog mom to Champ, my red golden retriever and Stella my bichon shih-tzu who both remind me daily to embrace life with presence, curiosity and joy.
Each January I take a group of women through a workshop called Visions & Values to help women to create a vision board based on values and alignment - a process I take seriously myself.
Devotion to Self
Devotion to God
Devotion to Service.
Last Year was Trust - and this years word Devotion (as I update this in April of 2026) is no less impactful and fraught with deep lessons.
If my journey resonates with you and you're feeling the pull, I'd love to explore working together. Whether that's through my Radiant Authenticity program, one on one counselling, or simply staying connected through my newsletter, there's a place for you here.
