Breathwork at Modo Yoga
Connect to the wisdom of your body through the medicine of breath. Your body has always known what to do, how to transmute emotion, and release what no longer serves. Breathwork is a beautiful practice that gently guides you back home to self.
As a trained facilitator of the Active Breath modality, and with years of experience as a trauma informed therapist, my aim is to offer you a safe experience where you can connect to yourself and express freely.
We gather for 90 minutes at Modo Yoga in North Vancouver to tend to our wellbeing and foster connection with community. I will guide you through a powerful release practice and complete the ceremony with sound bowls, chimes, and an ocean drum to foster restoration for the body, mind, and soul.

Who Breath is for
Breath is really for everyone. Shutting off the mind and coming back to the body is a daily practice that everyone can benefit from. Whether you are new to breathwork or have an existing practice, this session will meet you where you are.
Who Breath is not for
If you are epileptic, have asthma, a heart condition, or are pregnant, I encourage you to speak with your doctor and then check in with me directly before purchasing a ticket.
